Space Planning

Project Management
We manage the delivery of every project from contractor appointment through to final snagging. Our project managers are on site regularly, coordinating all trades and ensuring the design is realised exactly as intended.

Our process
Discovery
We begin with a conversation — about the space, how you live, what you want it to become. There is no brief form. We listen, ask questions, and take notes.
Concept
We develop a design direction — a material palette, a spatial logic, a mood. We present this as a considered document, not a slide deck. We refine it together until it feels right.
Design development
The concept becomes a specification. Every surface, every fitting, every piece of furniture is selected, drawn, and documented. Nothing is left to chance on site.
Delivery
We manage the build from start to finish. We are on site. We check the details. We do not hand over a project until it is exactly as designed.
